1. The Nail Table offer
A confirmed Nail Table is a practical nail-education workshop led by Yvonne Marais. The current planned price is R1,500 per paying participant.
The workshop is expected to include a three-to-four-hour session, products used during the session, printed notes, the complete paid e-book, demonstrations, explanations and participant questions.
2. Ways to attend
- Host a Nail Table: organise a suitable venue and group.
- Join a Nail Table: ask to be considered for a host-led or Yvonne-hosted table.
A waiting-list enquiry is not a confirmed booking and no place is guaranteed until Yvonne confirms the arrangement and payment is completed.
3. Minimum group and host benefit
A host-led Nail Table requires at least six paying participants, with the host attending as Yvonne’s guest. At six paying participants, the agreed host benefit is:
- Complimentary attendance valued at R1,500.
- A cash host payment of R1,350.
- Total stated host benefit: R2,850.
A paying waiting-list attendee introduced by Yvonne counts toward the host’s group and benefit. No outside attendee is placed in a private home without the host’s agreement.
4. Host responsibilities
The host is responsible for a suitable venue, reasonable access, basic seating and table arrangements, and honest communication about the group. Each participant is asked to bring a small snack or refreshment to share. The host must not make unauthorised promises on Yvonne’s behalf.
5. Payment and confirmation
Payment follows confirmation of the practical arrangement. A date is confirmed only when Yvonne has approved it and the required payment conditions have been met. The final iKhokha route and confirmation process will be shown before launch.
6. Cancellations, changes and transfers
A participant who cannot attend should contact Yvonne promptly. Yvonne may offer a transfer to another available date, replacement attendee, or other practical arrangement.
Where a consumer cancels an advance booking, any cancellation amount retained must remain consistent with applicable South African consumer law, including the requirement that a cancellation charge be reasonable. Nothing here removes a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If Yvonne changes or cannot deliver the confirmed workshop, participants will be offered an appropriate transfer, rescheduling arrangement or refund where required by law and the circumstances.
7. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow reasonable hygiene, product, venue and safety instructions. Yvonne may stop an activity that appears unsafe or outside the educational scope. Aggressive, abusive or disruptive conduct may result in removal, subject to applicable law.
8. Medical boundary
The Nail Table is educational. Yvonne does not diagnose medical conditions. A participant should not conceal a known condition that makes participation unsafe and should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.
9. E-book and notes
The complete e-book and printed notes are supplied for the participant’s personal use. They may not be copied, shared, resold or used to train others without written permission.
10. Photographs
No participant is required to appear in promotional photographs or video. Separate permission should be obtained before identifiable content is used publicly.
11. Questions before payment
Ask Yvonne to clarify venue, date, inclusions, transfer arrangements, accessibility or any other material condition before paying.
