These website terms apply when you use nailedproperly.co.za, submit an enquiry, request information, or follow a link to a Nailed Properly product or workshop.
2. Educational purpose
Nailed Properly provides nail education. Website content, e-books, notes and workshops do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional.
3. Accuracy and changes
Reasonable care is taken to keep information clear and accurate. Product details, dates, availability, prices, inclusions and delivery methods may be updated before launch or where operational needs change. The final information shown before payment forms part of the transaction.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website copy, e-books, workshop notes, branding, photographs, teaching structures and downloadable material belong to Nailed Properly or are used with permission. A purchase grants personal use only. Content may not be copied, resold, uploaded, distributed, taught or republished without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, copy protected material, or use the website for unlawful activity.
6. Payments
iKhokha is expected to process online payments. Nailed Properly does not need to receive or store your full card details. The payer remains responsible for entering correct information and checking the payment amount and product before approval.
7. Third-party services
The website may use Formspree, iKhokha, WhatsApp and other service providers. Availability or interruption of a third-party service is not fully controlled by Nailed Properly. Reasonable steps will be taken to assist where a confirmed purchase or submission is affected.
8. Responsibility and limitations
Nailed Properly remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Nailed Properly is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of educational material, failure to follow instructions, use of unsuitable products, unauthorised copying, or reliance on website content as medical advice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Contact before proceeding
If a price, inclusion, booking rule, delivery route or term is unclear, contact Yvonne before paying.
